UK payment options

Paypal -This is our most popular method of payment, allows for a quick and easy transaction with items being despatched within half the time.
Credit/Debit Card -Paypal also offer a credit card service without the need to sign up, if you need help with this please feel free to ask us.
Cheques - Please make cheques payable to Say Radio Solutions Ltd. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for your cheque to clear.

Overseas buyer payment options

Paypal -This is the only method excepted for overseas buyers. You do not need to have a Paypal account please view next option.

Other payment information
We are not responsible for lost payments.
We do not charge our buyers extra for Paypal charges.

Postage of Purchased Items

Orders for non custom products are generally despatched within 24hrs of receiving cleared payment. Shipping Days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. No orders will be shipped on Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.

Orders received with cleared payments by 1pm each shipping day will generally be dispatched the same shipping day, orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following shipping day.  Orders received after 1pm on a Tuesday will not be shipped until Thursday.

Delays in the postage times by the parcel companies used is out of our control.

Postage times:

Postage times may vary. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the postage times by the Post Office or Parcel Company.

All orders under £25.00 will be posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class Service and we will always obtain a proof of postage, should you require you order to be sent via Recorded or Special Delivery service please ask for details.

All custom order will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery service guaranteed by 1pm the next working day, this will obviously be on completion of ear impressions being taken, an estimated time for your order process will be given to you at your impression taking appointment.

Returns

SAY would like all our customers to be totally satisfied with the service and product range we provide.  If you are not entirely satisfied we offer a money back guarantee within 14 days from purchase (excludes custom products).

All we ask is that the item is returned in/with its original packaging, unused and a refund will be given minus the postage and packaging fees we incurred shipping the item to you.
